Butlin’s have advised us that all guests will receive a full refund for all accommodation payments within 28 days of the festival being cancelled, so the latest your refunds should be received is 1st May 2020. There is no need to contact Butlin’s directly regarding your refunds.

Each payment made to Butlin’s is refunded separately. I.e. If you paid as a deposit and final balance, this would be issued as two separate refunds. If you made a stage payment in between, it would be 3 separate refunds etc. Each refund goes back to the card it was paid on, so if one was paid on a credit card and another on a debit card, they are refunded to each card respectively.

PLEASE NOTE: Some Banks/Providers process refunds slightly quicker than others, so some families may receive their refunds a few days before other families. It also may be the case that, for example, a family receives their final balance refund a couple of days before they then receive their deposit refund.

If you have not received your refund in full by Monday 4 May, please email us and we will then look into this further with Butlin’s.
